You may cancel a scheduled consultation at any time before the confirmed guidance has been delivered. Cancellation requests submitted after guidance has already been provided or completed may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Full refund if cancellation is requested before guidance or consultation begins.
  • No refund once consultation guidance has been delivered.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

  • Services provided free of charge or promotional consultations
  • Requests submitted after consultation completion

6. Service Scope Clarification

Printer Vive provides consultation and guidance services only. We do not perform hardware repairs, remote access, or direct device servicing.
